No Sin is too Big ~ Pastor Mike

"No sin is too big!!!" I have screwed up so much in my life and there has been one sin - it was something I said, that I felt was so heinous, I wasn't even sure if I could ever be forgiven by God for it - it was said in my time of confusion and rebellion and it attacked the Savior, Jesus. Last night at a very moving and powerful Easter service our pastor said these words, "No sin is too big!!!" Psalm 103 states that God forgives ALL our sins, and Jesus in his mercy showed me that he is mightier than any of my sin and that to think I'm not forgiven not only leaves me in uncertain bondage, but also diminishes his power and work....I felt the peace come over me last night - the forgiveness of ALL my sins!

I used to be very entranced with Mary of Bethany and her deed of anointing Jesus before his death with perfume and wiping his feet with her hair - her devotion and touchiness to the Lord...now, I have been overwhelmed by another woman who did this same act....one who is referred to as the sinful woman....one who shocked the "pious" people of Jesus day that he would let this sinful woman touch him...Jesus said about her, "She loves much because she has been forgiven much."

From seeing myself as Mary of Bethany in my faithful days and finally coming back home as now the sinful but forgiven woman, I fall at the feet of my Savior, and with tears & kisses adore him dearly!!!
